Overview:

Join our team at Cock-a-Doodle Restaurant, a friendly family establishment serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We are currently seeking a skilled Food Servers & Back-up Bartender to enhance our guests' dining experience with exceptional service and delicious beverages.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and recommending menu items.

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.

- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant & bar area and adhere to food safety standards.

- Handle cash transactions accurately, with integrity and efficiency.

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of items to customers.

- Assist in restocking bar, salad bar, inventory and supplies as needed.

- Uphold a positive attitude and create a warm and inviting atmosphere for patrons.

Skills:

- Prior experience in the hospitality industry.

- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and sales transactions.

- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety regulations.

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change.

- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
