We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. ```Responsibilities```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist with catering events as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues or complaints
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in the food service industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficient in basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
