Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled server /Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment. Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a positive attitude. Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus but not required. Must possess food handling certification or be willing to obtain it upon hiring. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
