As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.

Responsibilities



Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including daily specials, and actively engage in upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining attention to detail regarding presentation and accuracy of orders. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, ensuring timely service and addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, adhering to sanitation standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery of orders. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as necessary. Maintain knowledge of food safety practices, including proper food handling techniques to ensure guest health and safety.

Qualifications



Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, with fine dining experience being a significant advantage. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately; cashiering experience is a plus. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary experience, or kitchen experience is beneficial. Understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations within the food industry. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the restaurant's schedule.
