Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in food service, fine dining, or hospitality is preferred, along with strong communication and multitasking skills. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Toast POS, and OpenTable is a plus. The Server will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS, Toast POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas, and bathrooms Assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests as needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures in food handling and serving

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Toast POS, or OpenTable is preferred Experience in upselling, guest relations, or customer service roles enhances effectiveness in this position Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling is essential Serving, host/host experience, or nightclub service background is a plus Strong time management skills combined with excellent communication abilities are necessary for success in this role
