Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and capable servers and bartenders to operate our long standing Wichita concept with. Todd's Creole Kitchen is a service focused upscale casual American and Cajun restaurant with a strong bar presence. We will be taking applications and interviews from 2:00-4:00 Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities will include:

Prepare tables and section according to set standards Promptly take orders and deliver food/beverage Handling cash and card payments Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products

Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff

Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude

Experience

Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining establishment is preferred but not required. However, you

must

have prior full service restaurant experience. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is advantageous. Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.

Pay: $16.94 - $35.00 per hour
