We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options, including daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders while utilizing effective upselling techniques to enhance guest experience. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring all items are presented according to our standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring all tables are sanitized and ready for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for both guests and staff.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong cash handling skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations accurately. Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service excellence. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing situations are essential for success in this role.
