Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Experience in fine dining or food service is preferred, along with strong communication and multitasking skills. Candidates should be familiar with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable. A background in the food industry, hospitality, or restaurant experience will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and restaurant policies

Skills

Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments; fine dining experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and billing accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures Experience with upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends if required Prior experience in serving, bartending, or host/host roles is advantageous
