Responsibilities



Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive seating assistance as a host/host when needed Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage multiple tables with effective time management, ensuring timely service without sacrificing quality Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety protocols Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements



Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Culinary or kitchen experience is a bonus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Open availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs

Pay: $13.00 - $40.00 per hour
