Duties:
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are properly set up with clean utensils, napkins, and condiments
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Process payments using cash register and handle cash transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry preferred but not required
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change accurately
- Knowledge of Micros POS system is a plus
Must have current OLCC and Food handlers cards
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.05 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
