Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant and busy dining environment. The Mess Hall at Teton Valley Resort is a newly renovated year-round full service restaurant focused on high quality scratch made food, and an extensive modern bar program.

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring prompt service. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS system. Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to sanitation standards. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Address guest inquiries and concerns effectively to enhance guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Uphold fine dining standards by providing attentive service throughout the meal. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure all guests are attended to promptly. Be open to cross-training as a bartender. Complete all side work as assigned by management.

Requirements

Previous experience in a server role, preferably in upscale dining settings. Strong guest service skills with the ability to foster positive guest relations. Familiarity with cash register operations and handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to sanitize work areas and adhere to health regulations consistently. A team player who can work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $40.00 per hour
