The $15-$25 pay range is with tips included.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit. Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed. Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns swiftly, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to food safety protocols. Uphold sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling and cleanliness practices. Engage in basic math calculations for bills and tips to ensure accuracy. Provide excellent guest services in various settings including fine dining venues or lively nightclubs, adapting to different atmospheres seamlessly.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; experience in fine dining or nightlife environments is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and cashiering. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy. Experience in serving in a sports bar or high-energy hospitality setting is advantageous. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
