Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food service operations. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and promotions. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and food preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Assist with cash handling, including processing payments accurately.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $11.79 per hour
