Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Must be available weekdays and weekends.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while adhering to restaurant standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively upsell and enhance guest relations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members. Basic knowledge of kitchen operations is beneficial. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
