Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Server, who is willing to work morning shifts, to join our dynamic team in depitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with various POS systems, fine dining, and food handling is highly desirable. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables efficiently Manage cash handling accurately and process payments swiftly using POS systems Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and food industry trends including fine dining practices Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Skills

Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations Experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining experience is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items effectively through sales techniques like upselling Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling transactions Previous experience in serving roles within the food industry or nightlife venues such as nightclubs or host/host positions is advantageous Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $20.00 - $20.10 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 - 45.0 per week
