We are looking for professionals who want to share their passion for food and beverages with out guests. Creating a relaxed and easy dining experience with exceptional food and service to put them at ease.
Our new chef-owner, Jason Stanhope, loves simply prepared fresh, local ingredients, and executing Fish Camp staples well.
We offer daily staff meal, PTO after a year of full-time (30 hours) work, and flexible scheduling if you're willing to be flexible too.
Our favorite thing is teaching passionate, inquisitive people about this work we love so much.
Requirements
Flexible schedule - minimum of 4 shifts, with both lunch and dinner availability
Weekend availability
Willingness to learn
Positive attitude
Previous serving experience - preferably high volume for 2 years minimum.
Basic beer, wine, liquor knowledge is required. Moderate to storng knowledge preferred.
