Responsibilities



Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring seamless order entry and processing Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and providing correct change Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements



Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for efficient order management Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/host roles or food industry positions is highly desirable Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding menu items and food preparation processes

Pay: $17.00 - $25.51 per hour
