Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest experiences through excellent customer service, efficient food and beverage delivery, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. Experience with POS system such as Micros is a plus. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant hospitality setting, delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently maintained Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery Address guest inquiries promptly, providing excellent guest relations and guest services Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with sanitation regulations

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred Familiarity with POS systems, such Micros is a plus Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends Prior host/host or serving experience is beneficial but not required
