Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and drinks in accordance with hotel standards and safety regulations Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions about ingredients or preparation Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas before, during, and after service Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
