Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Take food and drink orders accurately

- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly

- Ensure guests have everything they need throughout their dining experience

- Answer any questions about menu items and provide recommendations

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Process guest payments and handle cash transactions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences

- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change

- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with Focus (POS System)
