Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for providing attentive and efficient service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Guest Service:
+ Greet guests warmly and professionally, making them feel welcome and valued.
+ Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns.
+ Provide knowledgeable and informative recommendations on menu items and beverages.
+ Accurately take and deliver orders, ensuring all requests are fulfilled correctly.
+ Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
+ Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively and courteously.
Operational Excellence:
+ Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
+ Accurately process payments and balance checks.
+ Perform all side work duties efficiently and effectively, including table setting, bussing tables, and restocking supplies.
+ Assist with running food and beverages to tables in a timely and safe manner.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Teamwork:
+ Collaborate effectively with other team members, including hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
+ Assist with host duties as needed, such as greeting guests and managing waitlists.
+ Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
