Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Previous restaurant experience, familiarity with food and beverage service, and strong communication skills are essential. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is preferred. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS systems including cash handling and cashiering Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed during food handling and service Assist with bussing tables, resetting tables for new guests, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously Support host/host duties when needed, including seating guests efficiently

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
