Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Crust Simply Italian. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring their dining experience is memorable. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation as one of the most loved restaurants in the valley.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance guest experience. Adhere to food safety regulations and standards at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or fast-paced restaurant environment preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in transactions. Excellent communication and guest service skills to create a positive dining experience. Basic math skills for handling payments and making change effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
