What you'll do

Provide attentive and personalized service to all guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations. Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring timely and efficient service. Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food preparation meets high standards of quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Assist with hosting duties as needed, welcoming guests and managing reservations through OpenTable.

Basic qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.

Preferred qualifications

Fine dining experience is a plus, along with culinary knowledge that enhances guest interactions. Familiarity with food safety regulations and food handling practices. Experience with guest services in a nightclub or similar atmosphere is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
