Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately while ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.

Experience

Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus but can be learned on the job.
