Job Summary

MUST BE 21 OR OLDER!!!We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our team in providing exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Experience with POS systems, alcohol/beer, and hospitality settings. The Server will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through attentive service and effective communication.

Responsibilities

Greet guests immediately upon the guess entering the restaurant and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality and adherence to food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with health regulations Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Respond to guest inquiries promptly, resolve issues professionally, and foster positive guest relations Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow Follow all sanitation procedures and food handling protocols to ensure guest safety

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is preferred Experience with culinary arts, food preparation, or kitchen operations is a plus Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience and sales performance Prior experience in nightclub serving or host/host roles can be advantageous but not required
