Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fine dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing assistance to guests throughout their visit.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Tech Control POS system, ensuring all guest preferences are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations and upselling items to enhance their dining experience. Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout the meal service, including bussing tables as necessary. Handle cash register transactions efficiently and accurately, processing payments with attention to detail. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering positive guest relations and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.

Experience

Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members effectively. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing outstanding service is essential.
