We are looking for motivated, creative, enthusiastic Servers/Bartenders that want to share their passion with the Brussels Bistro Team and Guests. We want someone that will deliver outstanding guest service.
You would be leading the following responsibilities to the highest standards.
Greet guests and respond to their inquiries timely, efficiently and in a friendly and genuine manner.
Check guests for proper identification and serve alcohol beverages to guests in accordance to Federal, state, local and company regulations
Present and serve beverages to guests.
Present and describe restaurant specials and menu to the customers and help them select food and beverages as needed.
Take orders carefully, answer any questions about the menu, make recommendations for combinations.
Assessing customer preferences
Create beverages based on the recipe and portion control standards and presentation guidelines.
Accurately total, process, and collect payments from guests including using the Toast POS system, handling Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Gift cards, and cash, making change and balance check.
Keep the bar clean, stock and maintain the bar according to company standards and processes while staying attentive to the guests as a priority.
Clean and ensure clean restaurant tables, chairs and area clean and set up per Restaurant Standards. Clean tables between dishes.
Prepare garnishes for drinks
Planning bar menus
Create unique drinks
Present and serve food menu to guests at the bar
Clear chairs, bar, and keep clean environment at all times.
Wash and sterilize glassware carefully
Provide guest with outstanding service. Be proactive and present in a timely and respectful manner.
Serve orders making sure they are accurate.
Collaborate with all restaurant team to ensure best guest experience and Restaurant standards.
Respond professionally to challenging situations, as needed.

Qualifications
2 years of bartending experience
2 years of serving experience
Upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
Must have great guest relations skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
