Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting guests with any inquiries they may have. A background in food service, particularly in fast-paced environments, is highly desirable.

We're currently prioritizing applicants with prior experience serving in

high-volume dining rooms,

but we will consider other candidates with similar experience. Please note that bartending roles are not counted toward serving experience for this position.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently. Serve food and drinks to guests while ensuring their satisfaction throughout the meal. Assist with minimal food preparation as needed to maintain kitchen efficiency. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Uphold high standards of guest services in accordance with restaurant policies.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred, particularly in fast-paced environments. General knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for the food industry and commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience for guests.

Monday: CLOSED Tuesday: CLOSED Wednesday: 7am - 7pm Thursday: 7am - 7pm Friday: 7am - 8pm Saturday: 7am - 7pm Sunday: 7am - 2pm
Please note: Wage range listed includes tips. You will receive an hourly wage above Arkansas' minimum wage for tipped employees plus tips you receive during your shift. Our customers tend me be quite generous with good service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.79 - $17.58 per hour
