Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of food and beverage service, and familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Previous experience in fine dining, hospitality, or food service environments is highly valued. This role offers an opportunity to engage with guests, showcase culinary offerings, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing needs promptly and professionally Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations, including bussing tables as needed Assist with food preparation or kitchen support during busy periods if required Manage reservations using OpenTable or similar reservation management tools Uphold food safety standards and sanitation regulations at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Excellent time management skills to manage multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Basic math skills for cashiering and billing purposes Experience with serving in high-volume environments such as nightclubs or restaurants is a plus Host/host experience or background in guest services is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed

Pay: $11.00 - $17.00 per hour
