Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Take accurate orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.'
'Qualifications'
'Proven experience as a server or in food service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of POS system Toast is highly desirable. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly attitude. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards. Mandatory weekends and holidays as needed.Job Type: Full-time
