As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service, assisting with menu selections, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Bus Tables Handle cash register transactions, process payments, and manage customer checks. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with food handling and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Sales skills with an emphasis on upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. Knowledge of culinary terms and food handling practices is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
