We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS or cashiering systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Ensure guest relations are positive by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Support host/host duties during busy periods to manage reservations and seating arrangements

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards according to health regulations Excellent time management skills to serve multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and sales performance Knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and sanitation procedures is desirable Ability to work flexible hours including nights; weekend availability is preferred
