What you'll handle

Welcome & recommend:

Greet guests as soon as they walk in, hand out menus, spotlight specials, and suggest drinks that fit their vibe.

Take & ring orders:

Enter food and beverage requests accurately into the POS and keep tickets moving.

Run hot plates:

Deliver dishes hot and fast straight from the kitchen.

Bus & flip:

Clear, sanitize, and reset tables fast so the next party isn't waiting on crumbs.

Stock stations:

Keep silverware, condiments, and napkins topped up before they run dry.

Back up the bar:

Help the bartender with tasks such as slicing fruit, restocking bottles, or lending an extra hand whenever a rush hits.

Follow the rules:

Stick to Hawai'i liquor and DOH regulations
What you bring

Guest-service experience in any busy setting (restaurant, cafe, retail floor--speed matters). Basic

POS

familiarity (or the tech confidence to learn it quickly). Upbeat communication and a calm head when the crowd gets loud. Hustle + organization; you can run a section solo and keep it tidy. Ability to lift 30 lb, bend, reach, and rack up steps the whole shift. True team spirit--servers, bar, and kitchen win together.
