Server - Strabane Trails Village


Washington, PA


Part-time, Non-exempt


20 hours per week. The hours are Monday - Friday from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM.


Starting Pay: $15.00/hour - $17.50/hour; Depending on experience


Eligible for up to a $250 Sign on Bonus

Our Servers are responsible creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests. In addition to serving residents in the main dining room and at special functions, the Server may prepare some simple or "light" food items and beverage prep. Our Servers are responsible for bussing tables (clearing, cleaning, and resetting) and completes other cleaning assignments as directed.

Requirements for the Server:

Possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members. Demonstrate excellent teamwork. Enjoy multi-tasking since every day is different. Have good attention to detail and time management.
