Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude will contribute significantly to our restaurant's success. All waitress candidates will start as a bussing position and move up.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and recommendations. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Clear tables efficiently and sanitize surfaces to maintain cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment. Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems, ensuring proper handling of cash and credit transactions. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining area.

Experience

Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred but not required. Strong math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Familiarity with POS systems, such as OpenTable, is an advantage. Knowledge of culinary terms and guest service best practices is desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition are essential for providing outstanding guest services.
