We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a positive attitude. Your energy and professionalism will help create memorable dining moments for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied from the moment they arrive until their departure. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as, TOAST POS ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments via POS systems like Toast POS or cash registers. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly to foster excellent guest relations.

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in Breakfast and Lunch setting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills during busy shifts. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Experience in upselling menu items and enhancing guest experiences through attentive service.
