We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Server /Packer to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a food service environment while efficiently packing and preparing orders for delivery or pickup. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining, catering, or restaurant settings, and possess strong communication skills. Duties

Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience. Assist with food preparation and plating as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Pack orders accurately for delivery or pickup, ensuring proper packaging to maintain quality during transit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and packing stations. Handle food items following all safety protocols, including proper handling of dietary restrictions and special requests. Support banquet or catering events by serving guests and managing large groups efficiently. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally.

Skills

Proven experience in fine dining, restaurant service, catering, or food industry roles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards, and sanitation practices. Experience with serving in banquet or catering environments is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic kitchen operations is desirable. Hospitality background including barista experience or dietary aide experience is advantageous. Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting. This role is vital for delivering an outstanding dining experience while ensuring efficient packing and order accuracy. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.87 - $23.00 per hour
