# Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable Restaurant Server to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

# Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and Serve Guests: Welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

2. Knowledge of Menu and Ingredients: Familiarize yourself with our menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guests' questions and make recommendations.

3. Take Orders and Manage Tables: Take orders accurately, manage tables efficiently, and ensure that guests receive their food and beverages promptly.

4. Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and free of hazards, including cleaning tables, chairs, and floors.

5. Handle Cash and Credit Transactions: Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, handle complaints and issues professionally, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

6. Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with other servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service, communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude.

# Skills and Qualifications:

1. Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and non-verbal communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and management.

2. Knowledge of Chinese Cuisine: Familiarity with Chinese dishes, ingredients, and cooking methods.

3. Attention to Detail: Accurately take orders, manage tables, and handle cash and credit transactions.

4. Physical Stamina: Stand for long periods, walk quickly, and lift up to 25 pounds.

5. Teamwork and Adaptability: Collaborate with colleagues, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive attitude.
