We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance the guest experience. Upsell additional items to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation standards during food handling and preparation. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.

Experience

6+ Years of previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a must. Fine dining experience is a plus, along with knowledge of culinary practices. Knowledge of steps of service is key for this role. Familiarity with Resy for reservations is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate order processing. Experience in bussing or host/host roles is beneficial.
