Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality settings is preferred, and familiarity with various POS systems such as Clover is a plus. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests using Clover POS system Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Engage with guests to foster positive relations and address any concerns promptly

Requirements

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Previous experience in nightclub, catering, or guest services roles is advantageous Must be able to work flexible hours including nights; previous host/host or bussing experience is beneficial Ability to work well within a team while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $2.13 per hour
