SUMMARY OF JOB

Under direct supervision, the

Server

is responsible for providing direct dining service including


Assists with daily dining service functions Assist in patient tray assembly Provide direct dining service according to established guidelines Follow all safety and sanitation rules and regulations Bus and reset the dining rooms according to established guidelines Cashiering: operate touch screen register, process meal counts, total daily receipts Operate and clean grill, Panini grill and sandwich preparation, coffee brewing equipment, soda dispenser and juice machine Serve meals and assist residents with menu selections Assemble and deliver nourishments for skilled and personal care facilities Clean and sanitize assigned work areas * Maintain an appropriate professional appearance at all times
