Duties



Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system Toast Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage table settings, clear dishes, and assist with bussing to ensure a clean dining area Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including food safety standards and allergy information Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Requirements



Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering is a plus Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in the food industry Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills for guest interactions and team collaboration Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation management tools is beneficial Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts Basic math skills for processing payments and managing tabs confidently

Pay: $10.98 per hour
