As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages promptly.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, including Aloha POS. Provide detailed menu descriptions and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation. Buss tables promptly to ensure cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience. Uphold dining standards in service quality, appearance, and etiquette.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, especially in breakfast restaurant . Familiarity with kitchen operations and basic math skills for handling transactions effectively. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations to foster a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
