Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Support guest relations by addressing inquiries professionally, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service in fine dining or nightclub settings

Experience

Previous restaurant or food service experience, including serving in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food preparation, bussing, hosting/host duties, or cashiering is advantageous Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism
