Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests in a fast-paced environment, particularly within a nightclub setting. Your ability to manage time effectively and upsell menu items will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast system or similar platforms. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns. Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Process cash register transactions accurately, handling payments with care. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure guest safety. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the food industry or nightclub environment. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for processing payments. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.15 - $13.10 per hour
