Highlights of the Sever Position:

A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred). Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff. Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills. Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame. Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room. Dishwashing Aiding Chefs with Meal Prep Conversing pleasantries with residents and families * Going above and beyond to deliver great customer service to our residents in order to create a home-like atmosphere
