We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience in our establishment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with banquet services and catering events when required, showcasing versatility in various settings. Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.

Experience

Previous bartending experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred. Familiarity with food service operations, including cashiering and retail math skills. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing are essential.
