About Us:

ArTeA Restaurant & Bar is a fresh new concept in McLean, combining premium teas, handcrafted cocktails, and exceptional service. We're building a team that's passionate about flavor, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Position Overview:

We're looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join us as a server. We offer hands-on training in tea service, mixology, and customer care. If you're excited about tea, love connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests, take orders, and provide outstanding service Serve tea-based cocktails, beverages, and food Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house Assist with restocking and table turnover Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations Support a successful grand opening and beyond

What We're Looking For:

Flexibility Thursday through Sundays (see hours below) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and multitasking skills Experience in food service a plus, but not required Must be at least 21 years old

Hours of Operations:

Thurs: As needed basis for training/meetings Fri/Sat: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM Sun: 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Training & Compensation:

2-week paid training at a reduced rate Early promotion to regular pay based on performance Tip eligibility after 1-month probationary period unless otherwise approved by the manager.
