What you'll do

Greet guests warmly and guide them through the process, providing recommendations to enhance their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities and enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables efficiently. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent guest services.

Basic qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.

Preferred qualifications

Culinary experience or knowledge of fine dining practices is highly valued. Server experience Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
